Genndy did it to Dexter first, not me! In the pilot episode, he had Dexter prancing around in a tutu and in "A Tribe Called Girl" he was getting his nails did while in drag. In fact, cross-dressing and humorous nudity were like two major themes in the show. I'm just going with it. 
As for Blossom's behavior... that's entirely made up. I think...?

Trying a new brush technique that better emulates a pencil. (I was tired of my comics looking like something off MS Paint, lol.) I did the first 2/3 of the comic one way and then the last third a slightly different way. Bear with me as I switch things up a bit. And if you can't read my handwriting, let me know.
